Larry V. Case

President

Larry Case is a Licensed Surveyor (L5411) with over 40 years experience in surveying, He is considered an authority in his field and qualifies as an expert witness.  Larry is responsible for the daily surveying and mapping operations in both the field and office and manages numerous projects.  Considered a “hands-on” project manager, he maintains a close relationship and easy accessibility with his clients and as a result, Larry has a comprehensive understanding of his clients’ needs.

Karen York

Business Manager & Dispatch

Karen has fourteen years experience in Survey Office Management/Dispatch with Case Land Surveying.  Prior to joining Case Land Surveying, she had twenty years experience in Staffing Industry Management.  Karen keeps informed of the progress of all company projects and provides excellent customer service.  She is responsible for scheduling all crews and projects.

Matthew Bartz

Survey Manager/Project Manager

Matt is a California Licensed Professional Land Surveyor with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.  Matt has 13 years experience in survey and preparing Tract Maps, Parcel Maps, Record of Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Topographic Maps, Legal Descriptions, Construction Calculations, and Civil Engineering Drafting and Design.  Matt also manages the corner records on all projects and is responsible for submitting them to the County for recordation.
